Saranya's Journey: Moving, Confidence, Growth, and Strength

Saranya came to the United States

Carrying something that many understand deeply. It’s all for a dream and the hope of building a better future.

Moving to a new country can be exciting, but it can also be incredibly humbling.

Back home, Saranya had experience.

She had a career.

She had professional connections and routines.

She understood how things worked and had built confidence in what she could do. However, after her move, so much of that familiarity disappeared. She wasn't only adjusting to a new country. She was trying to find her place in a new professional world.

There were days when she wondered where she fit and it still all mattered because for Saranya, the technology she knew was moving so quickly.

She had to find ways to add her skill set into a new environment. It was her will to stay strong and teach herself to start again.

Something bigger came from this new version of Saranya. Her technical skills and interests in artificial intelligence and automation genuinely interested her to a new level.

She began to see how the AI process connected to businesses.  It was not simply another tool that provided answers, but a tool that can truly solve problems.

On one of her previous projects, she used the AI model to automate and classify and appropriate ticket solutions.

This was to respond to routine issues while routing more difficult problems for employee intervention.

Although technology is important, it wasn’t  the most important part for Saranya. It was her still realizing she could learn more and build something useful from her newfound knowledge.

This epiphany changes her view on her career gap.

She stopped focusing on any lost time and began looking at it as an opportunity to rethink, grow and decide what she wanted next.

Although this was a great moment for her, she knows that there are still things to figure out. Meanwhile, she has learned that starting over doesn’t mean starting from zero.

As Saranya puts it:

“You carry your experiences, your mistakes, your skills, and everything you’ve learned along the way. You simply learn how to use them in a new chapter.”

She had taken a different journey that taught her about confidence and how it can come from a first step and not always before.

As of Today, she continues to learn, experiment and build her path in AI automation.

The one piece of advice from her to other ladies is that, if you feel like you have fallen behind, you have not. You are rebuilding and that can lead you to a new place that you may have never imagined.

From this experience Saranya has learned a valuable lesson.

That you are not beginning with nothing. You are moving forward with experience, strength, and dreams still waiting to be realized.

Being challenged because of her new environment pushed her to recognize that her skill set had great value.

She learned to adapt, be patient and learn even more technologies from this.

Importantly, she learned a lesson about taking the next steps and continuing forward.

She is proud of herself for not giving up on her professional goals despite certain challenges.

Taking initiative has proven to benefit her technical skill in AI automation.

For the ladies.

She wants all ladies to know that you can build confidence and continue to grow.

Whether it be a career or any other place, you can reinvent yourself from wherever you are starting from.

You are not beginning with nothing. You are moving forward with experience, strength, and dreams still waiting to be realized.
